You Need AIMING if...
You feel disconnected from your body
You may spend much of your life “in your head” and want to develop a stronger relationship with sensation, emotion, breath, movement, and embodied awareness.
You carry chronic physical tension or holding patterns
Stress and emotional experiences may accompany recurring muscular tension, guarding, restlessness, or difficulty fully relaxing.
You have difficulty processing emotions connected to loved ones
You may struggle with grief, anger, resentment, guilt, abandonment, betrayal, attachment, or unresolved feelings involving a parent, partner, child, family member, or someone you've lost.
You have difficulty accessing or expressing emotions
You sense that something is there but have trouble identifying it, allowing yourself to feel it, or expressing it safely.
You want a deeper
relationship with yourself
You may not be looking to “fix” yourself at all. You may simply want greater self-awareness, presence, emotional range, embodiment, and connection with your inner world.
You've done therapy or personal-development work but sense there is another layer
You may have gained significant insight through therapy, coaching, meditation, spiritual practice, or personal growth, yet feel there are aspects of your experience you haven't fully explored.

What Is The AIMING Method™?
The AIMING Method™ is a body-centered approach designed to help you become more attuned to what is happening within you.
Through attunement, interoceptive awareness, guided mindfulness, and intentional bodywork, AIMING creates space to notice and explore the sensations, emotions, thoughts, and other experiences that emerge from within.
Rather than telling you what your experience means, AIMING invites you to become more deeply aware of it—allowing your own experience to guide the process of recognition, integration, regulation, and grounding.
At the heart of the method is a simple idea:
The peace you are seeking may not be something you need to create. It may be something you need to attune to.

“I approach the work from a spiritual perspective. I experience my body almost like an antenna or instrument, tuning into a larger field of consciousness. Whether you understand that spiritually, energetically, or simply as a deep form of human connection isn't as important as what you experience during the process.”

Common Questions
What is the AIMING Method™?
The AIMING Method™ is a body-centered approach designed to help you become more attuned to what is happening within you. Through attunement, interoceptive awareness, guided mindfulness, intentional bodywork, and grounding, the method creates space to notice, explore, and integrate sensations, emotions, thoughts, and other experiences as they emerge.
AIMING stands for Attunement, Interoception, Mapping, Integration, Neuroregulation, and Grounding—six elements that help guide the experience from initial awareness through integration.
How does a session typically unfold?
Each session is guided by what is present for you that day. We begin by slowing down, becoming present, and attuning to your internal experience. From there, guided mindfulness, breath, interoceptive awareness, movement, and intentional bodywork may be used to explore sensations, emotions, tension, or other experiences that arise.
There is no experience you are expected to have and nothing you need to force. The process unfolds at your pace, with time at the end for integration and grounding.
Who is SAM most suited for?
AIMING is for people interested in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, developing greater internal awareness, and exploring their inner experience in a supportive environment.
You do not need previous experience with meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, or bodywork. You simply need a willingness to become curious about what is happening within you.
The invitation is simple: Attune In.
Is the AIMING Method™ therapy?
The AIMING Method™ is an embodiment and wellness practice, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
Rather than diagnosing or interpreting your experience for you, AIMING emphasizes awareness, exploration, and personal experience. Your experience belongs to you. You are invited to notice what arises and discover what, if anything, it means to you
Is body work or touch involved?
Bodywork such as Myofascial Release and grounding pressure will be incorporated into an AIMING session when and where appropriate and with your consent.
When used, intentional bodywork is integrated with mindfulness and body awareness to help you notice sensations, release tension, movement, breathing, and other responses as they arise. Communication and personal boundaries remain important throughout the experience.
